Hello everybody, and thank you for
watching our YouTube Channel, and our Facebook page. And if you’re watching us
on Instagram, welcome. This is Dr. Mina Mikhail, Mikhail Family
Chiropractic. Today, we have Andrew. He’s one of our patients. Andrew has been
injured in an auto accident, and has been examined and part of his treatment, is
the adjustment, we want to show you today, how we do an adjustment. So, tools for fine
adjustment to the neck, mid-back, low back, and the sacroiliac joint. So, let’s start.
Let’s go, Andrew, right, lay on your back. Typically, we ask the patients to bend
their knees, that relaxes the fasical lines, connecting all the way to the neck.
We’re going to be doing an adjustment to the neck first. And Andrews in a
comfortable position, are you? Yes, sir. Okay. We’ll do the other side, as well. Now, we’ll do an adjustment, through the
mid-back area. Move down, a little bit. Okay, cross your arms. Look at your right.
I’m gonna bend them over a little bit, more, good, and another one. Very good.
How’d that feel? All right now, lay on your side, face me, and then raise the
head. Rest a little bit, to relax your neck. Go up a little bit, all right, move
closer to me, keep the lower leg straight, bend this leg. Good now. Go ahead, and hold
to my arm. I’m gonna pull it up this way, was your shoulder, good, give me one
second. So, this is an adjustment to the junction, between the low back, and the
thoracic spine. It’s a way to lift up, more, more, more.
Perfect. Now, I’m gonna do the adjustment to the sacroiliac joint. Right, ready,
relax, perfect, perfect, all right go ahead, and
get up. Thank you guys, for watching, those Dr. Mina again, from Mikhail Chiropractic. Thank you, Andrew. How’d it feel? Feels good. Good guys, if
