– My son Cooper was
born fighting to breathe because amniotic fluid filled his lungs. Gratefully, we delivered Cooper at Coliseum Medical Centers
and the NICU staff immediately pumped his
lungs and saved his life. Cooper spent the night in the NICU for observation and I knew
that he was in good hands. The nursing staff kept me updated and even put Cooper on a sugar drip instead of a bottle because they knew I wanted to breastfeed him
as soon as he was ready. The NICU at Coliseum Medical
Centers is a special place. It’s where Cooper learned to breathe.
