Then Doctors Look Closer At Their Faces And Freeze Finding out that you’re expecting triplets
would come as a shock to most mothers. So when doctors told 23-year-old Becki-Jo
Allen that she had three children in her belly, she was stunned. But once Beck-Jo had given birth, she received
another surprise—one that no one was prepared for. It turns out that her three baby boys were
incredibly rare: they were identical triplets. What are the chances? One in 200 million. Two years ago, Becki-Jo Allen and Liam Tierney
had some good news to share with their daughter, Indiana. She was going to be a big sister. The couple, who live just outside of Liverpool,
England, had been thinking about having more children, but they didn’t know how many
more they’d have until they saw Becki-Jo’s ultrasound. Early in her pregnancy, Becki-Jo got quite
sick and had severe headaches. The doctors scheduled her ultrasound earlier
than usual, which is when the couple learned the shocking news: she was expecting triplets. “It was the biggest shock of my life! We haven’t got any triplets in the family
so it came completely out of the blue,” Becki-Jo told the Liverpool Echo. The three boys, Roman, Rocco and Rohan, were
delivered via Caesarean section when Becki-Jo was in her 31st week of pregnancy. The boys each weighed around 3 pounds 5 ounces
(1.5 kg) and had to spend their first six weeks in intensive care. Being pregnant with triplets usually involves
major complications, and it is rare for all three babies to survive. But thankfully, all three boys recovered and
steadily gained weight. And after a month and a half at the hospital,
the little guys were ready to go home. Doctors said that the boys weren’t identical
triplets. But everyone who visited the family noticed
how incredibly similar the boys were. And so, Becki-Jo decided to look into it further. She contacted a company to conduct a DNA test. After samples were collected and sent to a
laboratory, she got her answer. Roman, Rocco, and Rohan were genetically identical. Triplet deliveries have become more common
with in vitro fertilization and other infertility treatments. But identical triplets are extremely rare. It’s incredibly rare for an egg to split
in two and then for one of those two cells to split again during the first days of pregnancy. Which is why in America in 2015, for example,
only four sets of identical triplets were born. Roman, Rocco and Rohan obviously look incredibly
similar. But Becki-Jo has no trouble distinguishing
her sons. “It’s only when they’re asleep that
they look the same to me. But they all have completely different personalities. And they’ve all got dark birthmarks between
their eyebrows, but Roman’s is slightly darker than the others, and Rohan has got
a birthmark on his leg as well,” Becki-Jo said. The triplets go through about 130 diapers
per week. Add to that five packages of wipes per week
and you can see that these little guys keep their parents busy. 6-year-old Indiana seems quite happy with
her unique brothers. What a proud big sister! “Indiana loves them. She’s not one bit jealous. I do feel a bit sorry for her when I think
what it’s going to be like growing up with three little brothers though!” said Becki-Jo. These guys will probably get a lot of attention
for a while. And I think they deserve it, because they’re
a really adorable bunch! Share if you’d like to wish the family good
luck in the future! If you like our video then do subscribe to

  1. As the mother of twins I can't tell you how hard raising triplets must be. Holy shit, just dealing with twins is enough to drive you nuts, I can't imagine how to cope when you've got three! These little boys were always going to be born early, your body has limits, at 31 weeks this Mum did really well. Having multiples is very hard work, it's exhausting both emotionally and physically. But despite the work, the sleep deprivation and financial struggle, every day you wake to see their faces and smell that wonderful baby smell and feel that warm, heavy weight on your chest as you hold them, is the best day of your life. Day after day, night after night, feed after feed, you fall ever more in love. You love them more deeply than you ever thought possible before they arrived and you simply can't conceive a life without them. They fill a hole in your heart that never existed before they filled it. Multiples are special, I can't tell you why, it's something the heart alone understands. This mother is amazing.

  9. ROHAN, Ik that name, I think it's from the youngest family member in Tenzins family in Avatar The Legend of Korra

Yes, the baby who was born during the siege by the equalists in season one

  10. It is incredible that the little guys are identical but as said in the clip the mum knows the difference between the little guys and that's all that matters. Maybe instead of staring at the babies we should get a fund together to help the family out especially wither the boy's being so rare.

  11. This is like the article, "When I figured out what these kids were jumping into, I was shocked…" but they were jumping into a pool.

  12. My cousin has triplets, 3 Identical boys. They're in college now. My sister has 2 sets of twins; 2 boys and the other a girl and boy. None are Identical. My brother has 2 grand daughters that are twins. It runs strong in our family so when someone gets pregnant they get a little worried hahaha. They don't want more than they can afford to take care of financially, although twins and triplets are beautiful and a blessing.

  13. When my little sister was born the doctors found a growing baby inside her. She got pregnant inside my mom somehow. Call doctor Celtics news extremely rare

Thank you for sharing a bit with us. Your story is most inspiring and heart-warming. You are Luminous Children in the garden of the Goddess Sophia. You can only become more beautiful. GOD Bless you always.

  16. Having β€œidentical” babies is not hereditary. It just means a fertilized egg split. Having fraternal babies is hereditary because a woman usually releases only 1 egg during ovulation.
