Meet Dr. Gregg Neibauer | Alpine Foot and Ankle Clinic

Some people have asked me when I first knew
I wanted to be a podiatrist. When I entered the medical field, I realized that feet are
often neglected, yet they are the locomotives of the body. Foot pain limits mobility and
I thought how cool would it be to actually help patients conquer their pain and get their
mobility back? I love being a podiatrist because often times I can help my patients leave the
clinic in less pain than when they came in. It is very gratifying to me to help my patients
improve and get better. Often times it’s said, “When your feet hurt, your whole body hurts.”
I enjoy seeing that I can make a difference in my patients’ lives. Frequently, when patients
come to see me they’re in pain, they’ve been injured, or they are experiencing some uncomfortable
symptoms. Quite often, they have put off coming to the doctor. They are frequently surprised
at how pleasant their office visit is and mention that they wish they would have come
in sooner. Your feet do not have a warranty that expires. They are designed to last a
lifetime. When they hurt, it means something’s wrong. I am delighted to serve my patients
and I look forward to every day in the office. I can’t imagine doing anything else.
