Keith Clinic – Stretching Exercise #2 – Cervical ROM


Dr. Derek here with Keith Clinic and this is KD
and we’re gonna be demonstrating the neck range of motion the neck range of motion is going to keep the joints moving and work on keeping the muscles nice and stretched out now want you to do this to a point where you feel a stretch but it’s not painful so KD I’m going to have you turn your head to the left as far as you can just hold it there for a second and then all the way back to the right and this is neck rotation. then back to center then I want you to look up and down as far as you can and this is extension and flexion back to center I going to have you lean your ear to the left then lean to the right and this is lateral flexion and that is neck range of motion
