  3. My moms had MS for a lil over 20 years. Her diet isn’t the best. I’ve always told her to stop with the soda, snacks, and literally sitting around all day ever. All of my memories are of her doing nothing. I need to look in to all of her efforts to get her results for my mother. You can sometimes lead the horse and hopefully she drinks.

  4. Let me point out that she reversed her SYMPTOMS and not her MS. There is no cure for MS as of early 2020 and believe me I know this because I have MS as well.

    Meat and fish

    Vegetables, especially green, leafy ones

    Brightly colored fruit, like berries

    Fat from animal and plant sources, especially omega-3 fatty acids

    Dairy products and eggs

    Grains (including wheat, rice, and oatmeal)

    Legumes (beans and lentils)

    Nightshade vegetables, which include tomatoes, eggplant, potatoes, and peppers


  6. be your own health advocate. i had secondary progressive MS, started the keto diet in the fall of 2016 and also reversed my MS symptoms. i have been improving for the past 3 years.
