  1. Can you do a video comparison for being a PA vs a MD? I am currently in school and am back and forth on what route I should do. I am deciding either PA neurosurgery or Neurologist with a MD.

  2. I work in admissions in a hospital and NONE of the doctors are friendly with the non-medical staff…. ☹️ You’re awesome Dr. Mike!!!

  3. I am soooooo impressed that you #1 employ CMAs and #2 explain what a CMA is ! I've been a CMA for 23 years and in the medical field for a total of 25 years. I've been in women's healthcare at the same place of employment for 17 years. Thanks for showing that. We appreciate it !

  4. Doesn't this create problems with patient confidentiality, sense you're giving away identifiers like gender and medical diagnosis/ history? 6:33 and 8:46

  5. Your videos are so great and informative. Watching them kinda makes me wish I had gone the medical route, but I guess its a few years too late for me (plus I enjoy my career right now, so it still works out for me)

  6. Am I the only one that saw the thumbnail and thought it was a butt? And then I saw him grabbing it and then I saw it was his shoulder. Btw I have pan behind the nipple how do I know if I have cancer?

  7. I’ve got a question! What are our tonsils actually for? I’ve had tonsillitis so many times in one year and have been to hospital and everything! Why do doctors and surgeons not like to take out tonsils?

  8. Great to see a clip of how the medical field and doctors work in USA. 👌🏼 But giving that flu-shot and the technique was honestly so horribly wrong I could cry 😅
Anyhow, you seem to have really lovely co-workers there.

  9. Me: waiting in doctors for a couple hours

    Me: hears cheering next door

Also me: hears CuT tHe CaKe

    Also also me: CAKE?

Also also also me: is in doctors because I am over weight

  10. What do you do to stay awake behind the wheel? Any energy drinks?
I often wake up at 7-8 am, do any chores and then I go on a night shift (10pm-6am). It's only 2 days a week, but I have to drive about 50min to work. I drive with 3 people, we take turns, but frankly I'm afraid to drive when I'm tired. I can't take a nap before my shift, cause I can't fall asleep. Do you have any suggestions?

  11. You inspired me to change my goal from being a pharmacist to a general doctor now I'm doing my best i've started studying to get into medicine for straight 2 years and i will be taking exams june 2020 wish me luck guys ❤️

  12. How to stop your phone from falling:

Get a ring shaped back sticker for your phone. Put a command hook where you want your phone to be.

  13. Who is taking care for your dog? If youre worinking from 7 till 10 pm? Like does your dog not pee inside or poop atleast?

  14. All I kept thinking at the beginning of this video is "why doesn't he look in his mirrors every 5-10 seconds while driving"

  15. When you said I caught the cancer I thought u actually got cancer due to contagion but then realized how stupid that was…

  16. Ummmm are we just going to ignore the fact that Dr. Mike is towering over everyone and almost hitting his head on a door frame?? I feel like I know what it feels like to almost touch the ceiling. Lol. I actually smacked my face on a door frame in my apartment last week and lets just say that when I had to itch near my eye socket, there was some flinching. A lot of times I will see something and literally still run into it and other times, things that should just come to me without thought are causing me to run into things that I see and should not be running into. Point is Dr. Mike is tall and I ran into a door frame that I clearly saw. 😛

  17. For low risk civilians (meaning people not working in hospitals) would still recommend flu shots to a relatively healthy person?

  18. You really gotta be flexin’ on us with “DROPPING YOUR APPLE IPHONE 11 PRO”

Random but the camera on it is so weird

  19. I wish I had like 8% of Mike's social skills. That way I'd have… 9% social skills. Seriously, I don't understand the level of patience and positivity. I admire it. But I just don't get it.

  20. that needle is like an inch long, I've worked in an ER and managed not to get the flu during flu season without a shot. that year it was so bad top hospitals in the area were running low on saline and becomming backed up.

  21. Med student here but genuinely curious because most of the doctors I know say that they barely have time to eat in the morning, aand I didn't see you eat breakfast in this vlog either. Is this true? Or is it because of IF?

  22. Doesn't say what a good INR level is….? In healthy people an INR of 1.1 or below is considered normal. An INR range of 2.0 to 3.0 is generally an effective therapeutic range. The highest inr I've ever seen 7.0

  23. You have the best personality and ur so nice to ur fellow workers! Love it! ( and u lol jk) I want to work in the medical field, and I'm currently studying for it now. Keep saving lives!

  24. Why do you say complaining?

    What is the patient saying?

“ I HAVE ALLERGIES AND IT’S YOUR FAULT FOR LETTING ME INHALE BAD OXYGEN! “
