  1. Nurse Wubbels should take over as police chief and mayor of Salt Lake city. At least we know she's honest, intelligent and knowing of the law. The city would be better off without those incompetent, corrupt jag offs in power.

  2. The cop was going to draw blood as part of his investigation.  He had been trained and certified in that procedure.  She was preventing him from doing so.  That's called hindering an investigation.  Its a criminal offense for which one can be arrested on the spot which is what happened.  She then resisted arrest which is also a criminal offense.  Whether or not the search was legal or not is a matter for the courts, not for a staff nurse.  I can type up an affidavit and warrant in under a half hour.   That said I think he should have gotten a warrant, but you can gather evidence without a warrant if there is cause to believe evidence may be destroyed as in alcohol being metabolized.  Its called exigency.  The cop was following his supervisors direct orders to take the blood sample as well as to arrest the nurse.  He is bullet proof.  If they fire him he will be the one getting the big settlement.  That said arresting her was not the best idea but he was ordered to do so.  I would have just pushed her aside and taken the sample.  If she interfered I would have given her a shinny set of bracelets and a ride to jail.  Patriot Nurse needs to stick to nursing because shes not so good with the law.

  3. I'm ashamed of that detective. The nurse explicitly explained why she couldn't. Do detective now days don't use logic anymore? The police did not have either of the three requirements and use force to arrest her. -.-

  4. Too much! She explained the policy and he flips out of control! I know that was a very scary situation. The Police get away with a lot.

  5. This is why you never trust police. This is a disgusting video of a person using his BAD BADGE to make law. Sue them for everything.

  6. To all you blithering idiots who advance the victim narrative and carry water for this fool nurse; She was told she was under arrest and was warned prior to that fact. She resisted and ran from the cop and refused to put her hands down and behind her back.

Listen closely all you consummate cop hating lil victims…. THERE IS NO UNLAWFUL ORDER THAT CAN BE GIVEN BY A POLICEMAN IN REGARDS TO DETAINING A CITIZEN. DO AS YOUR TOLD AND OBEY THE ORDER. THE FACT THAT IT WAS NOT, OR WAS AN ARRESTABLE OFFENSE IS A MOOT POINT.THAT ISNT FOR THIS NURSE TO DECIDE. SHE SCREAMS AND KICKS AND HOLDS TO A POLE AND CRIES…. NO NO YOU CANT DO THIS…..OH BUT HE CAN!! AND LATER HE MAY BE FIRED! BUT THAT DOESN'T CHANGE THE FACT THAT YOU MUST STOP RESISTING AND DO WHAT THE YOUR TOLD😱…. and in these interviews she lies several times (blatantly)

    BOTTOM LINE✅

  7. Thank God for cameras. Notice how they said this "may have been edited", which I'm sure means by the police. When I used to worked for law enforcement, I was forced to write a report on something I didn't see or hear, instead of the 2 officers that did. When I refused, my supervisor said he would submit my name downtown (our human resources office) for termination. I immediately walked off the job.

  8. The sad part about all this is that this isn't the first time police are being unlawful. It's people like them who think that, just because of their badge and status, they are above consequences.

  9. Wouldn't the blood sample be tainted because the driver had received drugs because of his burns? The nurse did not say no, it was the hospital that told the detective the rules

  10. "Cop Assaults Nurse For Refusing to Violate Victim's Civil Rights" 2017 headlines.. this is really the enlightenment.

  11. Its pretty obvious the police are capable of plotting against people after the video surfaced with them planning to bring undesirables to the hospital as punishment. This is a corrupt police force that needs a major overhaul.

  12. i reckon the police officer was unlawfully trying to do good. if he waited until the driver could give consent then the drugs would most probably be out of his system by then depending on the drug. but its a shame he had to do this in such a fashion, cop isnt really a bad guy just is not following the law

  13. That officer rose to the rank of detective, hard to believe an event like this would be unique in his career. I'm not defending anyone who breaks the law, especially not drunk drivers. At least the body cam was actually on to catch him.

  14. The blue line are the real Isis terrorist it is time to wake up America and smell the coffee beans this can happen to you at any time did any of you know that rookie cops coming out of the academy our trained by the IDF in Israel and who is the IDF it is the world's largest terrorist organization

  15. so , what I gather is the cops were trying to find something wrong with the truck driver so not to be blamed for the crash that was instrumented by the police chase .

  16. COPS ARE SUPPOSE TO ENFORCE THE LAWS, THEY DO NOT MAKE THEM!
THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO FOLLOW THE THE LAWS, NOT BREAK THEM!
BY WEARING A BADGE AND CARRYING A GUN, DOES NOT PUT YOU ABOVE THE LAW, FOR WHICH YOU ARE SWORN TO UPHOLD!

  17. We have to stand up against these “ bully cops “ everyone if you don’t already you need to gain knowledge of or rights and use them!!! Cops don’t run us !
They can’t do what ever they want this is getting to an insane leaves it so sad
The government pushing and pushing seeing how much they can get away without us the people rising up and fighting back
We need a serious change I can’t believe I saw what I saw here wow !

  18. 'Internal investigation to look at what happened'…Ill tell you what happened, you employed a load of unprofessional idiots

  19. Let me get this straight, You arrest someone for nor doing the right thing..   And we should trust these kind of cops.

  20. "look into your policy" the policy was in her hand as she said . You guys agreed to it. Wow just another cop who out of control and another cop who has his talking points

  21. The nurse is a PROFESSIONAL while the investigator is a savage thugs with waaay took much power. This nurse should sue and push for jail time for this dirty cop detective. Teach bad cops a lesson.

  22. On the original video, she was told he is the victim but what they wanted was to see if he had drugs in his system so they could blame him for the accident and not the cops, calling off a dangerous pursuit

  23. She keep her ground. Excellent…she did what was right. Detective should not be in the streets or even called a detective.

  24. The police officer should be fired and put in jail for breaking the laws and the nurse did right thing by standing up for the truck driver

  25. Officers mindset….A little citizen has the audacity to tell me no?!? You do as I say; I am in charge here. // So close to a police state….right around the corner …. and most of us are too busy with our smartphones to see what is actually going on around us and to see it happening.

  26. If that nurse wasn't in the Olympics she would've been a white nobody who would get no protection big brother liberal media!

  27. This is what happens when cops think they’re above the law. They whine and cry like babies when you refuse to comply with unlawful orders.

  28. Cops are becoming lawless all across America. Look up "1st amendment audit" on YouTube and there are hundreds of examples of cops lying and breaking the law on purpose to get what they want.

  29. The other cops knew it was wrong by the way they acted. Mostly the defective who can’t have his way. Some detectives get a little to over hyped with their case.

  30. Cop:Let me draw blood
    Nurse:Sir That’s illegal
    Cop:Let me draw blood
    Supervisor:Sir That’s illegal
    Cop: ALRIGHT YOUR UNDER ARREST
