A local health care provider specializing in treating Youngstown’s inner city poor population is expanding its services. We first told you about this story yesterday. This morning..executives with “ONE Health Ohio” entered an agreement with Youngstown city leaders to purchase the old Bottom Dollar property on Glenwood Avenue for 150- thousand dollars. ONE Health already operates a facility on the city’s northside next to Ursuline High School. It would convert the grocery store into a full service health center.
