carpal tunnel syndrome, Dr, Klika. Carpal tunnel syndrome is a nerve compression syndrome. Patients often present with numbness and tinkling in their hands. Often there’s weakness associated with it. Sometimes pain as well. Usually it’s from over use, repetitive type
of instant that will cause the symptoms. We have different treatment options. Obviously some conservative options at first,
which include activity modifications, and sometimes injections. If those fail, or if the syndrome is serve
enough. We often talk about carpal tunnel release. There’s several different ways to release
carpal tunnel. We do have research based techniques that
are mainly abrasive as well. Such as a endoscopic technique. That’s proven to really give excellent results
